In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the kkk44 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the kkk44 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and kkk44 governing your use of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms by the Player, kkk44 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed by kkk44 for operational or regulatory reasons not attributable to a breach by the Player, the remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.
